Looking for a Celebrant who will bring your wild ideas to life and create a beautiful ceremony?
Then you've found me!
I'm a level 3 qualified Civil Celebrant based in Northamptonshire.
I know all about wild weddings, as during a fly-drive holiday in the USA in 2019, my husband and I decided to do a drive-through ceremony in Las Vegas (no, Elvis wasn’t there unfortunately), but it was the wildest day imaginable!
I love being outside, and when I'm not writing beautiful bespoke ceremonies, I enjoy camper van adventures with my husband and cockerpoo. I love a good book, gardening, and scrapbooking. I love adventures and have a slight fascination with churches and ruins. But, I also love a party (as long as I can have my pjs on by midnight)!
I keep chickens and quail, which means a surplus amount of cake and I'm also a keen forager, and once springtime hits, I'm out and about collecting nettles to make soup, dog rose petals for Turkish delight (and eco-friendly confetti), elderflower to create tasty cordial, and even tried my luck with homemade conker fabric conditioner (not recommended—it blew up and made a right mess)!
I'm also a mum to an 18-year-old son and have a stepson the same age. Send help!!
The road to becoming a Celebrant started as a bit of a joke when my brother announced his engagement (we've all seen that Friends episode, right?). But I soon realised it was something I wanted to pursue, and completed my training with Civil Ceremonies. My background is in people management (I hold a Master's Degree in management too), so being a Celebrant was a natural step as there's a lot of people management when it comes to working with couples to create their perfect ceremony.
I aim to work with you to create something special, whether you want a cute ceremony in the woods with hand fasting and flower crowns, a wild party vibe ceremony that involves shots of tequila, or a moonlit midnight ceremony in a church ruin....I'm here for it!
A little white wedding in flip flops, shorts and a £30 dress.
