This privacy policy explains how I collect and process any personal data you may enter into www.beewildceremonies.co.uk

Anyone providing their data is assumed to be over the age of 13. Anyone under the age of 13 should email beewildceremonies@gmail.com to ask for data to be removed if entered into the website in error.

I strongly recommend that anyone under the age of 13 not provide any data that may be either personal or sensitive.

2-How do I collect your data?

Once you contact me via the website, I will receive an email. The email will then be saved in a file marked 'New client contact'.

This information is easily deleted from the Google mailbox. If you wish for any email to be removed, please email me at beewildceremonies@gmail.com.

Data will be deleted within 30 calendar days if no follow-up contact has been made.

3-How do I share your data?

I do not share data with anyone in or outside the UK. The data collected via beewileceremonies.co.uk is used for my use only.

4-Why I collect data

The reason for data collection is so I can contact you to arrange a telephone call. If you decide after the initial telephone call that you do not wish to proceed with a booking and wish for information to be removed, please let me know on the phone or email me at beewildceremonies@gmail.com.

If no contact is made within 30 calendar days, the data will be removed.

Anyone wishing to proceed past the initial telephone call will be provided with a separate privacy policy via email.

5-Sensitive personal information

I do not collect sensitive personal information (such as gender, sexual orientation, or religion). If you do enter any of these details into the contact us form, please be aware that I will not do anything with this information, other than save it in the email file mentioned in section 2.

A separate privacy policy applies to anyone who contacts me directly by telephone or WatsApp, This will be emailed to you once we have spoken and I have confirmed personal details with you.

6-How I process your data

In the instance that you have requested further contact, I will complete a new client form only once we have spoken verbally or via WhatsApp. This information is saved on my secure laptop until we have spoken. If at that stage, you wish to be removed, please let me know on the phone or at beewildceremonies@gmail.com.
