The planning meetings

Step 1-The initial chat to find out if we fit.

You can contact me via email, phone, or WhatsApp to enquire.

This chat usually involves me checking if you have a venue booked, a date in mind, and then asking if you know about my prices. If you want to go ahead with a face-to-face or Teams chat, we arrange that on the call/email.

Step 2- The 30 minute face to face.

This usually takes place halfway between us, at a café or pub (or anywhere you feel comfortable). I want to know a bit more about you and if my services fit with your dream! I bring a booking form to this appointment, and if you decide I'm the one, you sign on the dotted line.

Step 3- The planning meeting.

At this point, it gets serious, and I come armed with my pen and notepad to delve into your story. This normally takes between 2 and 4 hours, but it's been known to take longer if you have a bigger budget and are going all out (so please make sure you have a whole morning or afternoon for this). I will ask questions, scribble my notes, then fly on home to start working on your ceremony script. If you go with the Worker Bee package or the Bumble Bee package, we have more time to speak before the ceremony.

Step 4- Draft script is sent

The script will be almost ready to go, and the final payments will have been made, which means the big day is just around the corner! I've sent you a copy of the draft so you can look it over and make any changes you want.

Step 5- The big day

Nerves are running high, last-minute checks are being made, and then I swan in, cool as a cucumber, to deliver your ceremony.

I won't run away too soon, though, as I like to get a snap with all my couples before I head home to the husband and the dog!
